Did Obamacare have a signing statement?

A bleg: did President Obama issue a signing statement when he signed the Affordable Care Act? I can find this set of remarks that he gave at the signing ceremony, and seeing nothing else at that website leads me to assume that was it. Does anyone think otherwise?
