    It would come as no surprise to me that House Republicans didn’t know they did this because they didn’t bother to read Paul Ryan’s budget bill which sailed through the House. I’m also ashamed that more of the mass media hasn’t thrown this back into Republicans faces when they scream and holler about it being fine to hit the debt ceiling.
